We accept returns on jewelry only under the following conditions:
Eligible jewelry must be shipped within 7 days of the stamped delivery date.
Jewelry returns must be made by mail.
A return shipping label will be provided for jewelry returns.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or rejected at our discretion.
